The park is open! Welcome to Episode 27 of “Reel Chat” – a podcast that guarantees week in, week out – the “Reel World as we know it.”

On this brand new and exciting episode, host Adam Stolfo is joined by co-host Brose Avard, regular guest Stuart Wilson, and Australian Film and Television Production Designer (and special guest) Otello Stolfo, to discuss their very first 2015 New Release –  “Jurassic World” – the money-making box office juggernaut, and fourth film in the ever popular “Jurassic Park” franchise.

With the film already on track to be one of the most successful motion pictures of all time, the guys get their Raptor claws stuck into the film’s plot, how it satisfies both new and old fans, it’s cast, it’s filmmakers, it’s music, it’s toys and collectibles, and most importantly – it’s satisfying ‘Dinosaur Smackdown’ climax.

Adam and Brose are pumped, excited and back on board here, while Stuart laments his dissatisfaction with what he believes to be an uneventful and lackluster direction for the series. As usual, this is where “Reel Chat” shines brightest, with a debate on a sequel with a strong difference of opinion always being infinitely more entertaining than round-the-board praise or unwavering negative critique.

Their new segment – “The Franchise Cut-Off Point” makes it’s reappearance here as well, with the guys all giving their opinions on when to tap out and walk away from an established (and popular) franchise. Otello might also give you all a quick crash course in the huge and important role a Production Designer plays in the success of a popular film.
